What does this mean to Glendale?
The Managing Director, Ian Spowart, has a healthy belief in young people being the future of the economy. Ian has taken on a younger, fresh-minded staff to help bring the business to the future and become forward-thinking. As Technology is ever advancing, so are we with the help of our young staff base and the willingness to find out more! Nathan, currently an Engineer with us here at Glendale was taken on as an apprentice. Nathan has been with the company for a while now, completed his apprenticeship at Edinburgh college and still maintains his lovely level of customer service to this day. Also, Sandy, another Engineer has been undertaking training and worked her way up to now being the Head Engineer! Sandy contributes to the business by constantly looking at new things, finding solutions to problems and dealing with customers from the start right to the end.
We are always looking for ways to help support the young people of Scotland, why not check out the website and see how you can get involved: https://yoyp2018.scot/
